We want you to love being in the club.

If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Unopened Products

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 4 days of delivery. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, you'll receive your refund as Hearted Club store credit.

Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns or exchanges on opened or used acne patch packages.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? No worries.

Orders may be canceled any time before they enter fulfillment. Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
